Your Main Buildings booking includes all interiors and exteriors of our primary buildings—the Villa Serena house and 8-room motel. No per-set fees. A 12-hour minimum day is required.
Transportation sets—like our jets, spacecraft, subway car, and vehicles—are available as flat-rate add-ons or can be rented separately by the hour.

During your production, a Site Rep is on site 24 hours so you will not need an additional watchguard for your equipment. Your entire production is also protected behind a locked private gate.
